Often when servicing gas appliances, we find faults that have not developed far enough to cause a problem. If these faults were not remedied during servicing they would undoubtedly lead to a breakdown. Other tasks undertaken during servicing are ‘preventative maintenance’ which actively prevent faults occurring in the future.

• check your gas boiler, controls and components
• clean vital parts, help prevent carbon monoxide incidents and improve gas efficiency to reduce your gas bills
• check and advise about any scale damage to your boiler and system
• check your radiators, valves and exposed pipework for leaks and corrosion
• service the appliance in compliance with its manufacturers instructions
• always use a CORGI Registered Installer.
